Our Recruitment Process
At DIVELIT, we understand the diversity of experience and levels of expertise. So whether you're an ambitious junior who is at the start of your career or an experienced senior looking to take your knowledge and skills to the next level, don't hesitate to send us your CV.

Acquaintance
The first round is for getting to know each other, discussing your experience and basic questions about how to start working together. Afterwards, we will give you space to ask questions about the position and/or DIVELIT. After the meeting, you will be given a technical assignment to develop and submit for review.

Assessment
In the second round, your assignment will be technically assessed. In this round, you will meet with our technical leader to go over your solution together. This is a chance to not only show what you have created, but also to share your approach to the solution and the thought processes you had while working on the problem.

Fine-tuning
The third and final round comes after the successful completion of the second round. Its aim is to fine-tune the last details in the employment contract prepared for you and agree on the exact date of the start of our cooperation. Together we will build a solid foundation for our future cooperation.
